Tomorrow we will hold our Shabbat service at Muhraka on Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. We will reflect on the fifth Torah portion theme, “Toledot” (Genealogies), and spend time seeking the fire of God’s grace from heaven.

After lunch, we will have Viivi’s baptism at the Caesarea seaside.
May this be a precious time to bless her as she begins the journey of faith—
a journey of the firstborn who holds firmly to God’s covenant.
